JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Work with the cross functional team to improve the process / product quality and achieve the company / departmental KPIs.
• Attend to customer on con all, factory audit, quality issues and returns.
• Responsible for resolving quality issues related to incoming, in-process, outgoing and customer complaints.
• Support for New Product launch and raw material First Article approval, oversee the quality of new products from sample build to mass production by building a robust process.
• Monitor Supplier performance and liaise with supplier to resolve quality issues and handing of NCMR。
• Conduct the internal and external audits.
• Responsible for environmental compliance conformity of raw material (Eg.RoHS, Reach, Conflict of Mineral, etc)
• Review and improve company’s Quality Management Systems.
• 8D/CPAR review on customer returns and work with associated parties to improve company’s Quality performance.
• Any other ad-hoc duties required.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic /Electrical/ Electronics).
• At least 3 years of working experience in Quality Department in related manufacturing industry (Wire Harness/Box-build)
• Possess good knowledge ISO9001, with audit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP system.
• Experience on raw material compliance conformity (Eg.RoHS, Reach, Conflict of Mineral) is preferred
• Able to work under fast-pace environment.
• Team player with good working attitude.
• Experience in contract manufacturing of wire harness & box-builld are preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings to identify dimensions, tolerances, and other specifications.
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools and gauges to ensure components and assemblies meet the required specifications.
• Work collaboratively with production personnel to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Assist Production Team with assembly or rework of products when needs arise.
• Perform dimensional/functional inspection of First Article (FA), Incoming, In-process or Outgoing parts in accordance to Work Instructions/SOP to ensure the products conform to specifications.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. Minimum Higher NITEC level education

2. Experience in wire-harness and box-build assembling will be advantageous.

3. Knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)

4. Good interpersonal and communication skill.

5. Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

6. Able to work as a team.
