Responsibilities:
· Perform QC inspection at various stages of production and identify non-conformance quality issues.
· Perform QC inspections on incoming, WIP and outgoing parts in accordance with work instructions
· Liaise with relevant stakeholders for any material quality-related issues and closely follow-up effectiveness and closure of corrective actions.
· Collaborate with the Engineering team to define and implement quality control requirements.
· Prepare QC report and status update to relevant stakeholders.
· Maintain all QC document master list including including Mill Certificate / test report for all materials used in project.
· Maintain calibration status of Company’s equipment.
· Familiar with welding process such as SMAW, GTAW, SAW
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: ·
· Minimum Diploma in Quality Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· Possess strong analytical skillsand meticulous individual
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Able to work both independently and as a team.
· Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & 45001, FDA will be an advantage
· Preferable if able to commence work immediately
