The Job:

• Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed for all Distribution Service customer accounts.
• Developing and implementing inventory control process and practices.
• Performs physical cycle count of inventory including daily/monthly and annual stock count.
• Performing regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Liaising and negotiating with vendors and customer to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
• Coordinating the warehouse operation of stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).

• Run stock reports to check for product availability.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, checks all orders for special requests and posts inventory records.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry for receiving order allocation, shipping and inventory management.
• Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with the Transportation and Operations Departments, expediting any order, as necessary. 
• Trace orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerning their order.
• Constantly liaise service providers to get updates relating product handling, delivery and distribution in assigned time frame.
