Your new role
As a member of the FM procurement team, you will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to understand and deliver a variety of Hard FM service solutions. You will manage one direct report with a dotted line of 4 regional buyers. You will work closely with the Head of FM Procurement and Senior Category Manager to develop and implement category strategies to improve the service and cost-effectiveness of the Hard FM category.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have extensive knowledge of the FM category, with an in-depth understanding of Hard FM services. You should have experience working within a large matrix organisation and be able to effectively engage and influence both operational and head office stakeholders. You should have experience of managing and developing teams. You should be able to commit to weekly travel to client sites across Greater London to help understand client needs and deliver solutions.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive base salary of up to £75,000 alongside a discretionary annual bonus. You will also be able to work in a hybrid pattern with 2 to 3 days a week from home. Your new role
As a buyer, you will be responsible for a range of indirect procurement categories, including but not limited to HR, IT, FM and Professional Services, with a bias towards the IT category. You will negotiate and draft a range of contracts for the provision of services as well as manage these suppliers' performance post signature. You will be responsible for the analysis and assessment of the general PQQ for all suppliers and play a vital role in onboarding tier 1 and 2 suppliers into the contract management system.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience working within an indirect procurement function with an understanding of IT contracts and their variations. You should also be a highly motivated and driven self-starter who can work independently when required. You should be a strong communicator who is able to effectively work with different teams to deliver on a range of projects.
What you'll get in return
You will be entitled to a base salary of up to £45,000 p/a alongside a range of other benefits such as free TfL travel, 75% off national rail travel, and annual salary increases. You will work in The City with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. This organisation will also offer CIPS sponsorship from day one.

Your new role
As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will manage one direct report, supporting them with day-to-day queries and their continuous professional development. You will focus on commercial and marketing categories, two areas that make up the vast bulk of the UK businesses spend. As the company goes through a step change in their approach to procurement, making it mandated, you will lead the charge in rolling this out across your stakeholder base. You will frequently engage with the CFO and wider marketing team to support this transition and will lead procurement of events, PR and Media agencies alongside POS production, social media etc.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a seasoned procurement professional with a strong understanding of the marketing landscape and the various subcategories that would fall under your remit. You should be an expert communicator who can confidently influence and manage a diverse and international stakeholder base. People management experience is not a pre-requisite, but a desire and willingness to take this step is crucial. You should be able to commute to the Uxbridge office 3 days a week. A desire and ability to improve processes and effect change will be vital in allowing you to hit the ground running and make a real impact in this role. What you'll get in return
