We are currently looking for Night Warehouse Operatives to work for a key client based in the Hounslow area.

The role will involve sorting and distributing parcels into the relevant locations. This will mean you will need to have a good understanding of the English language to ensure you are putting the correct parcels into the relevant location. You will also be using a computer to do some basic data entry so must be IT literate. Due to some aspects of the role you could be moving mail bags weighing up to 25KG so will need to be physically fit.

Shift times vary from 10pm to 12am (midnight) start. Shifts are normally around 8 hours, however overtime will be available during their busy weeks.

Role is working 5 out of 7 days so weekend work will be required.

What we are looking for:

Someone who is happy to work alone or as part of a team
Can work off their own initiative/happy to take orders
Physically fit as you will be required to move mail bags
IT literate (basic knowledge is fine)
Some experience would be great but is not essential

The Job

• Working as part of a team providing excellent customer service wherever there is interaction with one of our customers
• Using specialist equipment such as the sawmill, paint mixers and forklifts
• We sell building materials, so there will be an element of manual handling
• Merchandising stock displays and replenishing shelves across the branch
• Keeping the Branch neat, tidy and safe at all times
• The contracted hours for this role are 37 or more
