Warehouse Operative & Paint Technician

Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Hours: Monday – Friday
Salary: £12.30 per hour

Our client is seeking an experienced Machine Operator/Paint Technician to join their expanding team. If you are skilled in machine operation and painting, and you thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply!

Key responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative & Paint Technician

Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in operations.
Move materials safely and efficiently within the workspace.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Ability to mix and match different paint colours accurately, handling volumes up to 20 liters.
Warehouse house duties including reach truck driving.

Key skills of a Warehouse Operative & Paint Technician

Proven experience in similar roles, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Knowledge of paint systems.

Temp to Perm Role

Warehouse Operative & FLT Driver

Location: Gloucester

Salary: £12.30 per hour

Hours: 7am – 5pm

Our fantastic client is a leading provider of supply of coatings and application equipment to the manufacturing and fabrication industries. Due to thier continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse & FLT Driver:

Picking, packing, and dispatching a wide range of products from our Gloucester warehouse.
Assisting with deliveries to commercial locations in the local region.
Participating in quality control checks to ensure defect-free supply.
Optionally, becoming part of the production team, helping to plan, organize, coordinate, and control the dispatch of finished goods.
Safely operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse.
Efficiently load and unload goods from trucks and other transport vehicles.
Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Skills of a Warehouse & FLT Driver:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Minimum GCSE grades in Maths and English, with reasonable IT skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A valid driving license.
Experience in forklift driving.
A results-driven, “Make it happen” attitude.
