• Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as receiving GR TAT, WO cycle time, WARS indicators & Warehouse productivity.
• Process Improvement: Improve workflow optimization by analyze current warehouse processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Also communicate with stakeholders to implement and optimize warehouse technology solutions.
• Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status & other relevant metrics and Provide data and insights for special projects or executive requests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for developing an overall strategy to streamline warehouse process and provide senior management visibility to warehouse performance.
• Analyze Failure transaction and work with IT to implement short-term and long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team such as Operations, Finance, Planners, Procurement, HSE.
• Participate as a key member on ERP/Systems/Database evaluation and implementation by working with process owners and system consultants.
• Create / improve processes relate Warehouse/Logistics/Inventory complying business requirement.
• Identify and suggest improvements/Cost Savings through data mining and analysis.
• Responsible for reporting accuracy with gap analysis.
• Involve in automation project and initiative for design, analyze, development and implementation.
• Ready at any time to learn and execute new assignment.
• Understand business requirement and develop solution within internal and/or engage 3rd party.
• Able to manage a team with leadership skill set with good environment.
• Involve in ISO compliance and be a strong representative from Logistics in internal & external audit programs.
• Advance in using Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Visio).
• Handle daily adhoc job-based business requirement.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.

• Responsible for procurement of Silicon parts which are PMIC, Controller and DRAM commodity and ensure purchases are released within company standard policy and terms negotiated.
• Process purchase requisitions, placement of order and perform PO rescheduling per MRP report on monthly basis.
• High awareness on the fluctuation forecast and well control of inventories by execute PO rescheduling and cancellation if required to ensure inventory levels are met within goals set.
• Collaborating extensively with vendors and warehouse personnel to timely receiving and expediting of material to ensure continuous support to the production line and no line down.
• Maintain good communications with Global Commodity Manager (GCM) to establish and manages supplier performance and assist in building effective partnership.
• Work closely with internal parties to achieve zero materials liability and minimize excess/obsolescence.
• Perform vendor performance appraisal on quarterly basis and continuously monitor suppliers’ delivery and quality performance through supplier scorecard key performance measurements.
• Support materials purchases for new product introduction (NPI) project in collaboration with GCM/core team.
