You will be working for one of Europe's largest food producers and exporters with projects across Europe and Africa. This business manages farmland right across the globe, producing food sold in retail stores across Europe.
Your new role
As the Purchasing Manager, you will be working with a colleague to ensure the correct quantities of goods and services are procured to allow efficient operation of farms across Africa (Senegal, Ghana and Algeria). This will include seeds, grains, fertiliser, machinery and disposable equipment. You will be responsible for a portfolio valued in excess of £100m p/a across the 3 countries. You will be responsible for the e2e procurement process, from supplier research, right through to ongoing supplier management post signature. You will work closely with the wider business to centralise purchasing operations across the 3 countries.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fluent Italian and English speaker with the ability to conduct all day-to-day activities in either language. Experience managing suppliers in African nations would be highly advantageous. What exactly will you be doing?

As the Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead our procurement function, aligning activities with organisational goals while ensuring transparency, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This leading hospice based in Surrey, is seeking a dynamic Dual Shop/Store Manager to oversee two thriving charity shops in the local community. The Dual Site Shop/Store Manager role involves co-ordinating all retail activity across two shops in Kingston upon Thames, that are situated close to each other.

This includes leading a team of sales staff & volunteers to ensure there is an effective workforce in place to achieve shop KPI's and deliver excellent customer service across the shops. The Dual Site Shop/Store Manager will split their time between two shops, accordingly, to satisfy the commercial needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise Profits: Drive sales and increase income across the locations
• Team Leadership: Inspire and manage staff and volunteers to achieve shop KPIs
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure first class experiences for all customers
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of presentation in both shops
• Stock Management: Implement quality control and pricing strategies
• EPOS Expertise: Utilise sales data to make informed business decisions

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record in retail/charity management
• Ideally Multi-site experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience gained working within fashion/clothing retailing
• Proficiency in visual merchandising and shop layouts
• KPI aware and driven

Your new roleRecruiting a highly skilled and experienced End-to-End Procurement Manager to join a regulator based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, with a particular emphasis on tendering and contract management. This role requires a deep understanding of the Procurement Act and public sector procurement legislation.

Duties include:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the tendering process, including the preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and selection of suppliers.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with the Procurement Act and other relevant public sector procurement legislation.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
