Main function:

Supervise warehouse operations to ensure the provision of a professional with incoming goods, storage and outbound of LUXASIA and JV orders on timely manner.

• Process defectives/recalls, and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
• Visually inspect associates' and leaders' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Guest Advisors in the absence of management.
• Consistently adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

With moderate supervision, the Senior Guest Advisor assists the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities. They provide outstanding guest service experiences within a sales culture that utilizes elements of GameStop's Circle of Life buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model.
