Key Role:

Identify, manage, escalate, and mitigate supply-based risks throughout the procurement life cycle in support of prime contract requirements, operational goals, and business strategy by effectively partnering with other functional groups such as Legal, Contracts, Compliance, Risk Management, or Finance. Create and issue requests for proposals. Evaluate supplier proposals. Conduct pricing analysis and bill of materials. Negotiate non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, license agreement, terms, and conditions. Create small business subcontracting plans, flowing down appropriate prime contract and agency regulations. Administer subcontracts, modifications, and task orders while ensuring compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements and Booz Allen policies. Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a procurement specialist, including government contracting
• Experience with negotiating pricing and terms
• Experience with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) audits
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with evaluating requirements for hardware or software to support DoD government client contracts

With moderate supervision, the Senior Guest Advisor assists the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities. They provide outstanding guest service experiences within a sales culture that utilizes elements of GameStop's Circle of Life buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model. This position ensures products are easily accessible and purchasable, boosts sales by sharing product and gaming knowledge with guests, maintains a clean and organized shopping environment, and fosters guest loyalty and repeat business.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs, inform guests about special promotions and the trade-in program, recommend additional items as appropriate, apply all selling behaviors during each transaction, and express gratitude to every guest for choosing GameStop. • Conduct store inventory counts, stock/restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move products from the stock room to the front of the store to ensure that all products in the store are represented, organized, and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Support store management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties.
• Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals accurately in the POS system. Ensure that all closeout paperwork for daily business transactions and bank deposit slips are completed correctly and accurately. Assist management in ensuring the store has sufficient cash and change for sales transactions. Make daily bank deposits following established guidelines.
• Check shipments for discrepancies or shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system. Report any discrepancies to the Store Leader / Store Leader 2/Assistant Store Leader as needed.
• Process defectives/recalls, and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
• Visually inspect associates' and leaders' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Guest Advisors in the absence of management.
• Consistently adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures.
• Observe associate performance and provide timely and appropriate feedback to the store management.

QUALIFICATIONS
