Job description

• Arrange goods to be collected, delivered and ensure documents are signed and update in system
• Inspection of goods upon receival and for outgoing
• Pick and pack of goods for outgoing
• Monthly stock count
• Develop and maintain filing system
• Archival of both digital and hard-copy documents in orderly manner
• Procurement, coordination and administration of office matters
• Manages relevant reports to ensure on-time submission with required detail and accuracy
• Data entry, general administrative duties
• Attend to queries, phone calls and emails
• Perform other duties as assigned

Our client is a 3rd party full-service supplier of logistics and engineering solutions. Currently, our client is seeking for Operations Executive (Senior) to be handling warehouse operation duties.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Supervising warehouse operations, including deployment of operators and equipment, inventory management and reporting function.
• Manage daily operations and ad hoc requests and requirements from customers.
• Month end stock take and reconciliation of inventory.
• Lead, develop and supervise a team of workers to support the activities of the company.
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and health requirements.
• Look for and work on continuous improvement of productivity.

REQUIREMENT

• Min. Diploma and above in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• Experience in managing warehouse / logistics operations such as inventory management, material reconciliation, etc.
• Strong in managing teams and excellent manpower deployment & optimisation skills.
• Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills are a must.
• IT savviness is expected with good working knowledge in MS Excel.
• Problem solving and analytical skills are necessary.
