PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution is a national full-line pharmaceutical wholesaler with a network of distribution centres nationwide. We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality supply chain service to our customers, who include pharmacy, GPs, and hospitals. All of our depots are licensed by the MHRA, and comply with BSI ISO Quality and Environmental standards. We operate twice daily deliveries from our distribution centres across Monday to Friday and on a Saturday morning, and our local teams are supported by a centralised function team, primarily from our Head Office in Runcorn.

About the opportunity:
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Team Leader within our Norwich Distribution Centre.
You will act as a link between the supervisors and warehouse staff providing immediate hands on leadership and supervision ensuring maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment.
Your main responsibilities will include coordinating, prioritising and delegating warehouse activities in order to ensure that depot service level requirements are met at all time, effective management and control of productivity within the warehouse team, to ensure the achievement of contractual and internal KPI’s are met and control all aspects of staff operations within the depot to ensure all duties are carried out as required and encourage high standards of work from each employee.
Salary
ÂŁ12.19 per hour
Working Pattern
33.75 hours per week
Monday to Friday 14.00 - 21.00 or shift finish (30 mins break) 1 in 4 Sundays 08.00 - 13.00 Reasonable amount of overtime required.
Training and Support
You will receive a comprehensive induction from the Learning and Development Facilitators.
