• Take Capgemini Invent Asia to the next level of growth, creating value for our clients and providing growth opportunities for our people.
• Design the strategy, build the team (incl the executive team) , build the business, aligned with Capgemini accounts strategy
• Nurture the Capgemini Culture, & Set up OneCapgemini philosophy, working as part of a global ecosystem, in collaboration with BUs, other GBLs and leveraging Global Invent portfolio and capabilities
• Bridge Asia with the overall Capgemini ecosystem
• Grow the team and expertise, also Leveraging India as extended team
• Capitalise on relationships already developed as well as developing new ones.
• Identify and build a strong network of CXO relationships
• Manage the economic model (P&L)
Required Profile
• Presence and gravitas to initiate, manage and maintain relationships.
• Excellent operational and business management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Capgemini ecosystem and culture and ability to set up Onecapgemini Model
• People leadership especially with strong, multi-skilled, multi-cultural teams
• Hands on experience in developing strategic business plans
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Problem solver able to keep calm and efficient under pressure
