Firesafe in Blackpool are recruiting for an Apprentice Warehouse Operative. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Warehouse and Logistics qualification which will take approximately 14 months to complete.
Duties:
• Work activities include taking deliveries
• Checking for damaged / missing items
• Storing goods and moving stock by various methods
• Picking and packing orders
• Loading goods for dispatch
• Maintaining stock records and documentation
• General cleaning duties involved
• Required to safely use a range of equipment which could include materials handling equipment (MHE) or fork lift trucks
• Working in a dedicated team looking after Customer returns including basic testing of CCTV equipment, Emergency Lighting amongst other items.

• Interest in Electronics/IT would be an advantage
Grades:
GCSE grades A* - C in maths and English.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00pm / 30 mins unpaid lunch / 15 mins break am / 40 hours per week
