Warehouse Operative - Up to £16.13 - Apply Now!
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operative to work with an important company in Banbury.
Shift Patterns:
- AM Shift - Monday - Friday (07:00 - 15:00)
- PM Shift - Monday - Friday (15:0 - 23:00)
- Night Shift - Sunday - Tuesday (23:00 - 07:00) Wednesday - Thursday (23:00 - 07:30) - Please note that on Sunday you would begin at 00:00 rather than 23:00.
Pay Rates
- AM Shift Payment per hour = £10.75 per hour.
- PM shift Payment per hour = £10.75 + £10.75 per day PM shift bonus. (£12.09 per hour average across 5 days completed).
- Night shift Payment per hour = £10.75 + £19.69 per day night shift bonus. (£13.21 per hour if 5 days have been completed).
- Overtime Rate - £16.13 per hour if over 37.5 hours per week has been completed
As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:
- Picking and Packing Experience
- Rework Labeling Skill set
- Initiative to work within a team or as an individual
- Attention to detail
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
Your main responsibilities will be picking and packing using a pump truck, scanning products, transporting to dispatch, labeling and more!
