· Ensure compliance with Procurement processes, be the ambassador of procurement excellence

· Develop savings and automation based on agreed strategies with stakeholders and in line with Procurement Department methodologies.

· Build and leverage on solid relationships with stakeholders

· NITEC / Diploma in relevant fields of studies

· Minimum 1 year experience in buyer / purchasing roles

Hays Singapore is partnering with a global market leading manufacturer in the lifesciences medical industry in search of a Warehouse Associate to join their Distribution team based at Jurong East.

As part of a sizable warehouse team, you will be responsible for warehousing duties including pick & pack, dispatch & receiving, managing inventory, housekeeping and cycle counting.

In order to excel in this role, you will come with:

• Diploma with 2-3 years work experience in warehouse environment
• Industry experience in pharma/medical industry is preferred
• Experience in temperature-sensitive warehouses or cold-room environment is a plus

• Project Management experience

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
