Job Title: Creative Content Manager (Corporate Banking)
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and Creative Content Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in the corporate banking.
The ideal candidate will have a pulse on the latest social media trends and viral content, boasting a strong personal following and a knack for creating engaging, shareable content in the B2B environment.
This individual should have a solid understanding of how social media platforms and their algorithms work, with the ability to tailor content for maximum visibility and impact, especially LinkedIn.
The candidate should be data-driven, analytically minded, and possess an excellent command of both English and Chinese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Strategy: Setting content strategy and driving engagement on our social platforms targeted at corporate clients. Develop and implement engaging social media content that aligns with the bank's brand and marketing goals, ensuring posts are optimised for reach and virality.
- Content Production: Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, ensuring high-quality and engaging material that resonates with the target audience.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, fads, and platform updates to incorporate into the bank's social media strategy.
- Audience Engagement: Build and foster a community around the bank’s social media channels by actively engaging with followers and responding to feedback.
- Platform Mastery: Utilise expertise in social media algorithms to adapt content strategies that maximise organic reach and engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Analyse social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve performance, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Bilingual Content: Create, review, and post content in both English and Chinese to effectively engage a diverse audience.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including design and marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Campaign Management: Support marketing campaigns by generating content tailored for social media that enhances reach and campaign effectiveness.
- Creative Experimentation: Regularly test new ideas and formats to stay ahead of the curve and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation. Experience working with financial institutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with the use of various AI tools in content production.
- Skills: Strong understanding of backend algorithms for major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat).
- Creativity: Proven ability to create content that captivates and drives engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Data and results-oriented with the ability to analyse key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Personal Presence: Strong social media following that reflects knowledge and execution of successful content strategies.
