designory is the social & content pillar of TBWA\Singapore's sister company eg+ Worldwide. The designory team is situated in TBWA office.

Main job scope will be social media management.

• The intern will be attached to the department’s Social Team, supervised by the Social Media Manager.
• The intern will shadow and assist the Social Media Manager or Social Media Executive on jobs such as managing social campaigns, writing briefs and will be involved in Response Management, Content Management, Social Media Platforms Management, Publishing & Scheduling, Social Listening, and Content Strategy.

Pre-requisites

• Highly organised, able to drive projects forward and keep them within timelines.
• Knowledge of best practices on Social Media, active on the platforms and able to identify current content trends and cultural insights.
• Keen to learn and enthusiastic, being proactive at work and is resourceful.
• Command of English is strong, excellent communication skills, and is savvy with social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter & YouTube.
• Loves working in a fast-paced environment.
• A Team Player
• Note: Strong social media following and/or knowledge of PR are a plus but not a pre-requisite.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the biotech and life sciences sectors, in both collaborations and sales.
• Development of sales plan and execution of the plan.
• Regularly visit customers and prospects to maintain relationships and promote products. Engage with customers to understand their needs and present solutions that meet those needs.
• Monitor sales constantly based on opportunities, sales leads and quotations, and follow through on the overall purchasing process.
• Interact with customer to provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding cell culture media applications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Assist in marketing events.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
• To keep up to date with product knowledge, policies, and processes to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the biotech or life sciences industry.
• Good knowledge of cell culture techniques and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• An organized, meticulous, and disciplined person with a good eye for details.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willingness to meet people around Singapore as required.

• Manage public relations matter and reach out, engage, educate and liaise with property owners, occupiers and residents on all matters relating to the project

Requirement

• Diploma in Mass Communication or Public Relation
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Public Relation Officer in the construction industry

Job Responsibility:
Account Operations & Promotion:
• Manage and promote accounts on multiple social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Handle account growth, daily operations, and promotions by providing engaging content for followers.
Content Update & Maintenance:
• Responsible for daily content updates, including topic planning, content creation, copywriting, and formatting.
• Engage with followers to boost interaction and user growth.
• Respond to social media messages and drive traffic to private domains.
Writing & Analysis:
• Write English blog articles for websites, including content research, organization, formatting, and publishing.

Job Requirements:
• Familiar with both domestic and overseas media operations with strong online media acumen and quick learning ability.
• In-depth understanding of social media and online advertising industries.
• At least 1 year of experience in promoting on overseas social platforms. At least 2 year of Singapore domestic living experience.
• Strong independent creative abilities, writing, image editing, and data analysis skills; familiarity with digital marketing.
