Country Road Group (CRG) is embarking on transformation to position itself for growth, leveraging our scale, capabilities and culture as a House of Brands. We are investing in new and existing capabilities and have a number of exciting opportunities available. This role is responsible for communication and training effectiveness across stores and field teams. The Communication & Training Manager will streamline communication platforms and training initiatives to ensure consistent and engaging messaging. The manager will own the content and delivery of weekly bulletins across the brands, manage store-level communication channels and lead change communications to convey key messages aligned with brand voice.
