As a Plate Printer Supervisor, you will:

• Assign, direct, and review through subordinate supervisors or personally the work of subordinates, and evaluate their work performance.
• Resolve problems related to the work supervised and determine materials and equipment necessary to complete currency order.
• Deal with employees and union representatives regarding employee suggestions, complaints, grievances, and perform a variety of administrative and other ministerial duties attendant to the sections production responsibilities.

• Assists in starting equipment via touch screen, adjusts and help operate a variety of automatic bindery machines containing multiple functions and station capabilities.

As a Financial Compliance Manager (Chief, Office of Compliance), you will:

• Direct and monitor the Bureau's internal control, product accountability, and internal quality audit program to provide reasonable assurance that assets are safeguarded from loss, misuse, or misappropriation, and to ensure conformance with the Bureau's quality management system.
• Oversee the planning and conducting of independent reviews of Bureau organizations, programs, systems and activities to assess the adequacy of and to improve internal controls and compliance with internal and external control-related requirements.

Plans and leads a comprehensive and integrated public affairs program across the Office of Strategic Communication and agency service lines and offices that advance agency programs, goals, priorities or public policy initiatives, including developing standards operating
procedures as well as communication policy and procedures for handling sensitive information.

Advises management on the public affairs impact of proposed changes to agency programs, policies, and operations, including ensuring leadership has critical information with which to respond to urgent issues and ensuring enterprise staff and partners are aware of

• Advise and assist the Supervisory Auditor in developing and recommending audit and other oversight policies, procedures and innovative approaches based on technical expertise and operating experience.
• Plan, organize, and conduct research on complex issues that involve major area of uncertainty in approach, methodology, or interpretation to identify appropriate solutions
• Present results of audit reviews and influence the approval and implementation of OIG recommendations.
