We are looking for an Event Operations Executive to join our agile and dynamic team based Hong Kong. This regional role will manage a wide spectrum of virtual events (e.g. Awards, conferences, trainings, bespoke events etc.) hosted by our company’s leading B2B titles, namely Risk.net, FX Markets and WatersTechnology, across Asia Pacific region.

Reporting to Event Operations Manager while working closely with the Events and Marketing Services teams, you must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a clear, professional manner and deliver events within budget and tight timeline. Responsibilities

Event Execution: In-Person and Virtual

• Conduct vendor research and get quotations
