We are searching for a Photo Editor to help bring our brand’s story to life through stunning visuals! In this role, you’ll be essential to our creative team, ensuring that each photo is beautifully edited and aligns with our high-quality standards across digital and print formats. You’ll also be in charge of retouching images, managing our digital assets, and supporting the team in staying on track with timelines.

What you'll be doing:

Photo Retouching and Editing

1. Retouches photography assets for digital and print needs, which include complex digital composing, clipping, color correcting, and liquifying, among other skills.
2. Executes complex edits to meet specific branding and design requirements; supports ongoing marketing efforts and integrated marketing campaigns.
3. Exhibits expert working knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or Capture One, including but not limited to: layers, color tools, and white balance.

Digital Asset Management Coordination

What you bring to the table:

Position : SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT

Work Hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm ET (can be flexible)

Holidays : Candidates can decide if they want US or PH holidays.; PTO – 15 days annually, accrued at 1.25 per month

Pay Range : USD 800 - 1,300 per month (final salary would depend on your skillset and experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X).
• Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and potential clients to build a strong online presence and foster relationships.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in voice and branding across all social media channels.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to promote events, new services, and other key initiatives.
• Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including business development and event management, to align social media strategies with the firm’s business objectives.

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the events, business development, or investment banking industries.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Strong self-management skills, displaying a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment to completing work in a timely manner.
• Comfortable collaborating via email, phone, Zoom, and in-person with colleagues and clients.
• Curiosity and resourcefulness in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to work calmly, independently, and effectively under deadlines.

What You’ll Do

• Lead video editing and post-production efforts, with a focus on creating dynamic visuals through motion graphics and animations.

• Collaborate closely with clients, directors, and fellow team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content, incorporating motion graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and animation, incorporating new techniques and technologies to continually enhance the quality and creativity of our video content.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development in video editing and motion graphics.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in video editing and post-production, with a focus on motion graphics and animations.
• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media Arts, Film and Video Production, or a relevant field is a plus.
• Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video editing, motion graphics, and animation projects across various platforms and industries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual narratives.
• Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
