Role Description

As the PR & Comms Manager at Propseller, you'll spearhead our public relations, social media, and content marketing initiatives, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's visibility and engagement across multiple platforms. This position requires a strategic-thinker who can blend creativity with analytical prowess to craft compelling narratives, manage our media presence, and drive impactful communications campaigns. Duties & Responsibilities

• Communications strategy: Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy that includes public relations, social media, and content marketing to enhance brand awareness and engagement;
• Media relations: Manage media relations, including crafting press releases, pitching stories to media outlets, and building relationships with journalists and influencers;
• Social media strategy: Oversee the social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter;
• Content marketing: Lead content marketing efforts by planning, producing, and distributing valuable content (blogs, articles, videos) that attracts and engages our target audience;
• Cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all marketing channels;
• Data and reports: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, using data to optimize future campaigns;
• Updated with trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage insights to keep Propseller at the forefront of innovative communications strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field;
• 4+ years of experience in PR, communications, or a similar role, with a proven track record of enhancing brand visibility and engagement;
• Strong media relations experience, with established contacts in the industry;
• Expertise in managing social media platforms and crafting engaging content that drives interaction;
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills;
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and adjust strategies based on performance insights;
• Collaborative team player with the capability to work independently and lead projects to successful completion;
• Interest in the real estate sector is a plus.

Compensation

Basic monthly salary of $4,500-$6,000 + stock options.
