The Vacancy
To form effective working relationships with third party infringement services, ensuring effective undertaking of case management
of unauthorised image usages.
This role is on a 6 month fixed term contract.
What you'll be doing ...
Key Responsibilities:
* Work at pace to process potential infringement cases created by our Infringements agency partners
* Maintain clear and concise records of all ongoing and closed cases
* Effectively respond to queries from contributors/agencies/customers/infringers
* Collate weekly statistics for review by the Infringements Manager
* Create discretionary licenses
* Continually look to enhance the processes used within the team
* Ensure existing customers are invoiced for usages detected during the process of working on infringements
Key Performance Indicators:
* Be motivated to achieve quarterly targeted performance, values and personal objectives
* Use good judgement when to escalate decisions/queries to the Infringements Manager
* The ability to prioritise workload to ensure cases are managed in order of priority and are reviews are completed within agreed
timescales
Do you have?
Essential skills:
* Able to effectively prioritise own workloads and projects
* Business level language skills and good written and spoken English, able to converse confidently via telephone and email
* Highly organised, and able to work on own initiative and as part of a wider global team
* Can rise to the challenge when working under pressure to meet deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working in a highly productive environment
* Able to work flexibly and at pace and adapt to change in an agile environment
* Familiar with customer management systems (CRM)
* Able to work confidently with MS Office and HTML
* Demonstrate a strive for better mindset
Desirable skills:
* Experience in working with image infringements would be a benefit
* Working knowledge of photography software such as Photoshop and Lightroom would be an advantage alongside knowledge of the
technical aspects of photography
* Working knowledge of reverse image search
* Working knowledge of Social Media, including: FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest
* Knowledge of advanced legal considerations to do with photography (such as Copyright law) would be beneficial
* Experience of media or photography industry

Whilst your job title and job description indicate your principal responsibilities, you may from time to time be asked to carry
out other work that is within your capability and capacity. Members of staff will not be asked to undertake other tasks
unreasonably, but a measure of flexibility is expected of all.
