Some examples of what you will be doing:

* Create innovative content that showcases our USPs, our communities in action, social impact and our brand promise.
* Develop and implement comprehensive social media plans to increase brand visibility, advocacy and drive customer engagement
across social media platforms.
* Support regional teams across the urbanbubble group to develop social content plans and content to increase engagement.
* Plan and implement a User Generated Content campaign across brands within the urbanbubble group.
* Monitor engagement, community growth and sentiment using market-leading tools and report to the Head of Marketing according to
defined KPIs.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop engaging multimedia content as part of wider campaign execution.
* Be a proactive brand ambassador and ensure strong brand management is maintained across all areas of the business.

The Senior Specialist - Social Media works in the social team as part of the creative content team to deliver the day-to-day content across the club’s social platforms. This includes content creation and publication of organic, branded, sponsored, marketing and comms content. The focus is on overall growth of all of LFC’s social channels, maintaining and growing engagement levels and maximising on conversion metrics where applicable, e.g. driving traffic to owned and operated platforms.

About the role

1. Responsible for daily publication of content on the club’s social media platforms
2. Responsible daily for conception, production, and delivery of social first content
3. Work with wider team to shape how the club presents itself to fans worldwide across social media through the introduction of creative new ideas and concepts and formats, with a strong focus on video and graphics.
4. Work in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders including the Content, Graphics, Commercial and Marketing teams on the creation and delivery of branded content and paid campaigns.
5. Work as part of the wider team to help ideate, conceive and execute innovative and dynamic ideas
6. Play a part in ensuring that the Club is at the forefront of social media innovation and best practice, maintaining a sharp eye on our competitor set and other influential content creators/social media accounts
7. Provide matchday social media coverage at Anfield and at away matches across all competitions Premier League, European competitions, WSL and Academy.
8. Be aware of and use research/analysis and measurement and use social analytics in collaboration with other departments

You will have…

• Good knowledge of LFC’s squad, players, managers, coaching staff across all men’s, women's and youth teams
• Use top class sport knowledge, with sharp football insight to generate content that works to KPIs and goals
• Ability to work within a cross functional media and marketing team to deliver club campaigns
• Excellent knowledge of social platforms focussing on (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, WhatsApp etc
• Ability to react fast to real-time situations and be make confident and considered decisions
• Strong editorial judgement around crafting and posting content in pressure situations

You will have these technical Skills

• Collaborative working skills specifically with and in cross functional teams
• Experience of social media logistic platforms for scheduling, approving, publishing, tagging and reporting
• Competent at capturing suitable social media content on a mobile phone
• Experience of creating video and GFX content using template-based tools and/or Adobe Creative Studio (Photoshop, Premiere), Tellyo/Grabyo, Opta Match Graphics etc.
• Ability to report on content performance

Your main base will be our Chapel Street Office which is close to local bars, shops and restaurants and has great views over the river Mersey.

Science Museum Group's Enterprises is an integral, profit-making function, allowing our museums to keep our collections accessible whilst investing in our cultural offer and customer experience. The Events team support with promoting our spaces and running amazing events, ranging from conferences, product launches, dinners, receptions, Christmas parties and private events.

To support the Events team across our Northern museums, we are now seeking an Events Sales and Marketing Executive to join us on a full-time permanent basis, based in any of our museums located in Manchester, York, Shildon or Bradford.

Please note - due to the nature of this role, some travel across all our Northern sites is an expectation.

About the role

The Events Sales and Marketing Executive role will cover a wide range of responsibilities, from promoting our museums to confirming the event. You will be the first point of contact for any new and existing clients wishing to host an event with us, responding to queries as they come in, and supplying the client with a bespoke proposal based on their event brief. You will conduct site visits with the client and contractors, and will account manage your clients to increase repeat bookings. You will also manage administrative tasks such as raising invoices, purchase orders and creating contracts for confirmed bookings, ensuring that all financial information relating to events is recorded accurately.
