At VASILL EVENT BRIT LTD, the Creative Confectionery Maker will play a key role in crafting unique and visually appealing flour-based confections. This is an one(1) year contract with a possibilty of two(2) year extension for successful candidate.
Responsibilities include:
1. Designing and Creating Confections: Developing a variety of creative and visually appealing flour-based sweets and desserts.
2. Menu Planning: Collaborating with the culinary team to design innovative confectionery menus for events.
3. Ingredient Management: Sourcing high-quality ingredients and managing inventory.
4. Baking and Preparation: Ensuring consistent and high-quality preparation and baking of confections.
5. Supervising Staff: Training and overseeing junior confectionery staff.
6. Ensuring Food Safety: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and adhering to health and safety regulations.
