What you’ll do:  

As an Analyst, you will participate in laying the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts.  You will be assigned to Media analytics projects for data analysis and reporting for a client brand.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

• Keeping a pulse on daily, weekly and monthly performance data from data analytics platforms

Ecommerce Planning (40%):

• Develop strategies and makes in-depth recommendations based on a strong grasp of analytics, eCommerce Affiliate marketing & Influencers Affiliate Campaign
• Manages the daily workflow of all client campaigns, and works with various internal and external stakeholders, including Ecommerce Retailers (Shopee, Tiki, Lazada), Social Commerce Channel (TikTok) and Affiliate Publishers to deliver campaign objectives.
• Be aware of opportunities to drive revenue streams from existing relationships and leverage cases from existing relationships to create new relationships.

Performance and Optimization (60%):

• Analyze, track, and optimize on an ongoing basis effective benchmark for measuring the campaigns performance including GMV, ROAS and other important metrics of AMS
• Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.
• Timely execution of promotional levers to deliver against strategic category goals.

The Senior Account Executive is a dynamic individual who exudes a passion for PR and a hunger for success. Working closely with your account team, you SAE will have some experience and exposure to the key sectors in which Thrive operates, along with a good understanding of the local market. You will participate in, and have some responsibility with regards to representing Thrive at industry events and other functions.

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an agency, media or inhouse communications role
• You share our values : you're passionate, accountable, curious, of high integrity and you thrive on collaboration with a #OneTeam approach.
• You are positive, have an energetic approach to your work and are a natural problem solver
• You have engaged in some media relations work and understand the media landscape in Aus.
• You hustle internally and externally to get the job done for your team and clients.
