We are currently recruiting for soft services staff - mainly multiple cleaning staff to work for a national client based in Kings Lynn. Our client is looking to expand their current work force with the role offering a variety of shifts

Location: Kings Lynn

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Hours: approximately 24hrs per week
Flexible to work Monday- Sunday on a 2 week rota
Working hours between 07:30-13:30. 13:00-19:00 or 08:00-13:00
Working 5 days out of 7

The role will require candidates:

• to have the ability to work well as part of a team,
• pay attention to detail but follow instructions and procedures,
• interpersonal /customer service skills

Main Duties:

• You will be required to carry out all cleaning assigned on a schedule - Full training and guidance will be given.
• Vacuuming, damp mopping and polishing floors
• collection, segregation, and disposal of waste materials in accordance with policies.
• Provide Ad-Hoc emergency cleaning as required.
• Ensure that all cleaning materials are correctly and safely stored after use each day.
• Following the correct health and safety rules.

These roles are based in a clinical environment so all successful candidates will have DBS checks processed.
The positions are at first, on a contract basis with the possibility of being extended from Temp to Perm opportunities.

• You will serve as senior Project Manager for significant multi-discipline projects, with complete responsibility for all technical aspects of the projects.
• You will act as a Command representative on technological and standards-making panels.
• You will review design/manufacturing submittals developed by crane design and manufacturing firms for conformance to criteria and good engineering practice.
• You will manage configuration of regional cranes to ensure compliance with NAVCRANECENINST 11450.2, NAVFAC P-307, and NAVSEA Crane Quality Manual
• You will develop detailed technical specifications to be used in the procurement of all types of WHE.
• You will review and approve mechanical, electrical and structural designs and calculations.

Starting at $104,861 Per Year (GS 13)

• You will serve as the Deputy Inspector General in the CNAL Office of the Inspector General, with a primary focus as the lead for the inspection program.
• You will manage the inspection program and conduct inspections and assessment of programs and processes within the CNAL area of responsibility.
• You will justify inspection findings and conclusions and proposed remedial actions with management personnel at all levels of command.
• You will develop and implement inspection/assessment policy within the CNAL clamancy and provide policy recommendations to higher authority.
• You will conduct inspections/ assessment of operations, policies, programs, procedures and practices throughout the CNAL clamancy to include its major subordinate commands, units and activities through the Fleet Command Inspection/Assessment Program.
• You will prepare IG reports and develop briefings or executive summary for presentation to the Commander and CNAL stakeholders to include remedial actions for deficiencies, irregularities or problems revealed during site evaluation.
• You will evaluate operations, programs, objectives and management systems and detect deficiencies, irregularities or improprieties; or to propose and devise new organizational structures, realignment of functions, and/or resources CNAL wide.
• You will instruct both military and civilian personnel on improved techniques, abilities, and capabilities to accomplish mission and functions in accordance with relevant standards.
• You will enter applicable information using the Naval Inspector General Hotline Tracking System (NIGHTS)
• You will make course of action recommendations to the CNAL Inspector General as to complainant disposition and generate all associated correspondence and electronic case management actions.
• You will complete preliminary analysis of complaints received through the CNAL IG hotline and complete Naval Inspector General Investigations and prepare reports of investigation in accordance with applicable guidelines and quality standards.
• You will interview complainants, witnesses and subject matter experts in conjunction with IG hotline preliminary analysis, IG investigative work product and inspections or specific program assessments.
• You will prepare inspection reports documenting findings and track required corrective actions.

The successful candidate will be expected to work at the Registrar level, supporting Junior trainee colleagues and will also provide on call Surgical cover during the day/night when on call. The appointee will be supported and supervised by Associate Specialists and Consultants. Nevertheless expected to make independent surgical decisions. Continue to develop in General Surgery taking part in middle grade full shift surgical rota. The appointee will undertake the routine and emergency care of Surgical patients. The post will give plenty of opportunities for learning Advanced Surgical procedures. A pro-active role should be taken in departmental audits and must participate in the on-going teaching activities of the department. To provide support and guidance to Trainees. To participate actively in the educational and audit activities of the department, for example recruiting patients to new trials and verifying timely data collection. Develop management skills in running successful MDT sessions.
