• Coordinate all supply and services support provided for mobilization/demobilization, contingencies, national disasters/emergencies, for intel, cyber and signal missions of units.
• Advise leadership on matters concerning contingency, mobilization, demobilization, emergencies, national disasters, and reserve component logistical issues.
• Ensure coordination of mobilization, disaster, or other emergency plans.
• Research, analyze, develop, coordinate, edit, and publish all logistical portions and annexes to installation contingency, mobilization and demobilization and reserve component directives, plans and other materials.
• Monitor and evaluate unit readiness/status reports of mobilizing units to determine if discrepancies exist and facilitate unit corrections.
• Research supply support problems and issues and recommend procedures and methods for improving or correcting the situation.
• Visit activities, unit/sites, and other subordinate elements to instruct, advise, and assist staff and unit logistical personnel in supply practices and procedures pertinent to equipment, supplies, and services.
• Compile, analyze, and report a variety of logistical information to determine the most efficient and cost-effective means to accomplish desired results.
• Maintain surveillance of supply readiness for users of assigned systems and take immediate corrective action in case of mission impairment due to supply shortages.

We are currently recruiting for soft services staff - mainly multiple cleaning staff to work for a national client based in Kings Lynn. Our client is looking to expand their current work force with the role offering a variety of shifts

Location: Kings Lynn

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Hours: approximately 24hrs per week
Flexible to work Monday- Sunday on a 2 week rota
Working hours between 07:30-13:30. 13:00-19:00 or 08:00-13:00
Working 5 days out of 7

Main Duties:

• You will be required to carry out all cleaning assigned on a schedule - Full training and guidance will be given.
• Vacuuming, damp mopping and polishing floors
• collection, segregation, and disposal of waste materials in accordance with policies.
• Provide Ad-Hoc emergency cleaning as required.
• Ensure that all cleaning materials are correctly and safely stored after use each day.
• Following the correct health and safety rules.

These roles are based in a clinical environment so all successful candidates will have DBS checks processed.
The positions are at first, on a contract basis with the possibility of being extended from Temp to Perm opportunities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing legal counsel and litigation assistance to the USCIS Office of Chief Counsel on matters pertaining to the Immigration and Nationality Act, national security and public safety, fraud and fraud detection, and other laws and procedures relating to immigration benefits. The attorney will coordinate appropriate action on cases where the issues in the matter are novel, unique, controversial, or have national implications. The attorney will coordinate with other USCIS and DHS counsel and attorneys from the law enforcement and intelligence community on issues related to national security, public safety, and fraud and with attorneys from the Department of Justice on cases in litigation. The attorney will review various documents including policy memoranda, memoranda of understanding, policy guidance, trainings, and case decisions for legal sufficiency. In addition to the review of documents, the attorney will also draft legal opinions and memoranda, draft briefs, and provide legal advice to other USCIS counsel and operational components and prepare and deliver training.

• Serve as the Design Manager responsible for monitoring design development of projects and provide design guidance and assistance as required.
