Job Descriptions:

1. Handle day to day HR operations issues
2. Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process

• You will prepare documents (e.g., cost estimates, sketches, and clarifying drawings) used during change order negotiations.
• You will analyze contract specifications to determine compliance of proposed work with occupational safety requirements.
• You will perform constructability review of contract documents (e.g., plans and specifications) before contract award.
• You will review contractor quality control plans and procedures to verify compliance with contract requirements.
• You will perform site visits to evaluate contractor compliance with applicable contract clauses and evaluate the accuracy of progress reports submitted.

• Assist in day-to-day compliance matters including trade surveillance work
• Provide compliance advice and support business initiatives
• Handle regulatory reporting and inquiries with the relevant Exchanges and Regulators
• Carry out compliance testing for securities brokerage and other related businesses
• Assist in internal and external audit, inspections and investigations from Exchanges and Regulators
• Assist in monitoring of regulatory changes and update the policies and procedures
• Manage internal and external audit, inspections and investigations from the auditors, Exchanges and Regulators
• Liaise and collaborate with different departments to formulate, drive and implement remediation of compliance issues
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required

• University/College graduate
• Relevant work experience in financial or securities industry is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a privilege
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office
• Responsible, hardworking, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collects pertinent data and information relative to the patient’s health or situation, including vital signs, height and weight, and food and fluid intake and output.

• Demonstrates standard and transmission, based precautions and infection control techniques.
• Provides details related to patient progress toward the achievement of goals and outcomes to the RN.
• Documents all care in the patient record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent - required
• less than 1 year experience in a health care setting or completion of certified nurse assistant course - preferred
• experience as a paramedic, emergency technician - preferred
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (Medium proficiency)
• Honest, punctual, and performs the job in adherence to the highest standards of ethical conduct as defined by Albany Medical Center and the tenets of the profession.
• Ability to communicate cooperatively and effectively with patients, family members, employees and others.

Unit Description:

B3 is a large in-patient post-surgical unit that is comprised of 36-private patient rooms. We care for patients from the Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Step-down Unit, Emergency Department, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit. Our service population includes: Trauma, Orthopedics, ENT, Thoracic, Plastics, and Bariatric patients.

Minimum Qualifications
•    Graduate of a professional academic nursing program in which a Diploma, Associate Degree or Baccalaureate Degree is conferred
