Our client, a leading Japanese retail company specializing in clothing and accessories reuse is expanding into Singapore. They are currently seeking motivated office staff to support the establishment of their new operations. Job Description:
■Responsibilities:
1) General Administrative Support:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling and coordinate meetings.
• Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives as required.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and handle related logistics.
• Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as required.
• Assist in planning and organizing office events, such as team-building activities, celebrations, and outings.
2) Ad-hoc Tasks and Projects:
• Support for recruitment and HR work and Logistics and WEB marketing and accounting.
• Provide support to various departments with tasks such as data entry, research, and report generation.
• Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
• Provide support for other necessary tasks required as a startup company.
• Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.
Job Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in Japanese to liaise with external stakeholders
• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• Previous administrative experience will be required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external contacts.
