As part of the Transformation of services , the two current Teams, Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Team and The Recovery Team are being joined together to make a Community Mental Health Team . This will mean that we will cover a broad spectrum of diagnosis and presentations including people with emotion regulation difficulties, schizophrenia, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD symptoms, and psychotic depression

Our Team covers Coventry and we are based at Swanswell point.

The team has invested in considerable staff training and development over the years to develop skills with working with our patient group. Working within an established team, you’ll be managing a caseload of clients who have complex mental health problems across all diagnostic presentations and delivering a range of interventions. You will have the opportunity to gradually build your skills and confidence as part of a multi-disciplinary team, using evidence-based approaches.. You’ll be communicating with a wide variety of clients; professionals; partners and agencies.

As part of working in our team you will be working with some individuals who can present as chaotic & emotionally dysregulated. This can be a challenging patient group; however, this team has a positive attitude & non-judgemental approach toward this patient group, understanding what has brought them to their current presentation, recognising individual strengths and establishing clear, focussed, professional relationships that identify clear boundaries and expectations for both the patient and clinician. This empowers both patient and clinician to see what can be achieved through clear collaborative care planning. Those patients with a psychotic presentation may be managed through shared care within the team. This allows the sharing of responsibility, skills and knowledge. This offers the opportunity for staff to develop their role whilst being supported and guided by more experienced clinicians

• Co-ordinate the work of the Board of Directors by acting as the clerk for meetings and committees.

We have exciting opportunities for Registered Professionals who have 12 months + experience within Acute or Community setting of supporting Age Independent Adults with mental illness. The Urgent Care Access hub and Home Treatment Team in Coventry is an Age independent service, One team with two functions, We operate a 24 hours service and the shift patterns are 11.5 hours. This fast paced, dynamic environment requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to make decisions under pressure and provide high quality care to people with mental health illnesses and social inequalities in their own homes. You will also be expected to Triage Urgent referrals which include Safeguarding and make decisions about care and treatment in a responsive manner, signposting to 3rdsector services and referring into secondary care services if needed. Giving current NICE guideline advice around self-help and treatment options via telephone triage. You will be supported by a senior leadership team of experienced nurses and an MDT of colleagues who are passionate about treating patients in their own homes in order to avoid hospital admission. We are based within the Caludon Centre and cover the city of Coventry. Car driver preferred but not essential.

1. Clean and monitor stock on all mobile storage trolleys in the Theatre Department. 2. Ensure a regular cleaning is maintained of both patient and instrument trolleys. 3. Clean and monitor theatre storage areas and ensure any stock and consumables are within date of usage. Adhere to infection control protocols in relation to cleaning and decontamination processes and ensure regular link to infection control department to ensure current guidelines are followed. 4.Ensure theatre systems are cleaned and decontaminated following infection control and medical electronics guidelines. 5.Maintain all records and database of theatre cleaning for internal and external audit purposes, utilising IT systems to secure accurate data. 6.Organise own daily workload e.g. use and cleaning of identified medical and non-medical equipment. 7.Maintain a clean, safe environment ensuring adherence to Trust standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control at all times. 8. Grounds Maintenance Operatives- Coventry- CV2- X2 Jobs Available

Grounds Maintenance operatives are needed to work for one of the UK's leading landscape/grounds maintenance company.

Daily duties will include grass/ lawn cutting, litter picking, Strimming, Edgeing, Hedge cutting, Weed control, using mowers and powered tools and other general landscape labour duties as directed by the supervisor.

This is for at the moment 4 weeks cover, however this may be extended and you may be called back and offered long term work if all goes well

The hours are 7.30am to 4pm- Monday to Friday

Drivers licence is essential

The pay rate is £13.45 per hour

Ideally candidates will have an enhanced DBS but if not then this is no problem as long as you can pass one when our client processes it later on down the line
