We are seeking Cleaner to join one of our client's team in Burnley.

Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Shuttleworth Collge, Burnley Road, Padiham, BB12 8ST

Duration: Asap to 24/12/2024 however could be on going work

Pay: £11.44 per hour

DBS: Enhanced DBS

Main duties include:

1) Tasks will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.

2) Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirement:

Must have cleaning expereince and an enhnaced DBS

Currently, our team consists of 18 general radiologists with various subspecialties, including breast, upper/lower GI, musculoskeletal, urology, paediatrics and more. Radiology is located in the main BTH site and offers CT, MRI, US, PF, NM, DEXA Mammography and non-vascular intervention.
Our refurbishment of the Central Radiology department in early 2021 has led to a cutting-edge diagnostic department, with a future-proofed capital replacement programme in place. We operate the latest technology in terms of our PACS solution with Agfa Enterprise Imaging which was upgraded in December 2019 across our entire estate. Along with our ambitious plans for the future, we are also investing in artificial intelligence solutions within our department.

The clinical commitments of this post will include responsibility for provision of all aspects of a Diagnostic Radiology Service at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals (BTH) NHS FT, including CT, MRI, Plain Film, NM, and Ultrasound. An interest in Breast imaging and a competence in breast interventional procedures would be essential.

There may also be an occasion a requirement to provide diagnostic reports on patients at CDC sites and community hospitals. At present we operate a “Radiologist of the Day” system. The aim of the department is to become more efficient and to minimise interruptions to individual consultants as much as possible.

It offers several scenic cycling routes round our local parks and across the surrounding countryside, as well as boasting panoramic views of the coast on its picturesque Promenade. Responsible for overseeing and managing the cleaning operations within one of the college sites, either Middleton or Rochdale. Your primary objective is to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, according to established standards, and in a timely manner. You will supervise cleaning staff, coordinate schedules, rotas and maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance.
Inspect designated areas regularly to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained, addressing any deficiencies promptly.]
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of all areas.
Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures related to cleaning operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleaning services in a timely and professional manner.
