We are looking for a Director Sales who will have a full accountability for leading the Electrolux Professional organization and delivering a growth strategy in the SEA & Oceania market.
Main responsibilities are :
· Drive changes to the commercial B2B model and bring new revenue streams.
· Deliver sustainable profit as well as market share growth in the SEA & Oceania market.
· Direct a team of professionals with efforts resulting in the development and implementation of designated sales initiatives and business plans.
· Responsible for developing and nurturing multiple key client relationships with customers complemented with superior customer service.
· Responsible for delivering world class products and services through profitable renewal, conversion and new sale development.
· Maintain and develop a network of strategic partners to ensure optimal market penetration.
· It may also monitor the performance of a cross functional team of consultants, individual contributors and sales people internally and externally connected to Electrolux Professional.
· Maintain a high level of customer involvement and is responsible for establishing Electrolux Professional as the global leader in this segment.
· Define and lead new segment strategies and prioritize commercial and marketing activities accordingly.
· Act as point of contact for the Singapore legal entity representing all Electrolux Professional Business, if based in Singapore.
· responsible for the local P&L and integrated EBIT
Role Requirements
· Master’s degree, MBA or other relevant fields, strongly preferred
· 10 years’ or more experience in management in an international business setting
· Significant experience in sales and marketing fields strongly preferred
· Language requirements are fluent written and spoken English. Working knowledge of Chinese and/or Thai is a plus
