We're on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Waste Cleaning Operative to tackle litter, debris, and grime, ensuring our customers enjoy cleaner, healthier housing communities. In this hands-on role, you'll utilize your skills to clear empty homes (including confined spaces), tidy gardens, and handle any reported fly-tipping. You'll also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining communal areas, driving a van or tipper truck (up to 3.5 tonnes) to designated tips and recycling sites for waste disposal.
Our waste cleaning operatives enjoy plenty of fresh air and exercise while out on their routes, collecting discarded debris and waste. Bring your can-do attitude and a sense of pride in a job well done. Safety is our top priority, so any COSHH knowledge you have will be valuable. We provide all necessary uniforms, safety boots, and power tools.

Join us for a full-time adventure in our field-based position where you will travel in and around Chipping Sodbury. You will be provided with a company van (shared use), therefore a Full clean UK Driving Licence is a must for this dynamic role.
