• Uses professional engineering skills in engineering disciplines to review contract plans, specifications and work statements for adequacy from the construction point of view for new construction, modification, repair and maintenance of facilities.

The RE functions include supporting the Senior Resident Engineer (SRE) by participating in design management with the CFM Project Manager (PM) and VA Medical Center (MC) stakeholders; and when applicable, monitoring various ongoing construction activities and schedule for conformance with contract requirements.
