A property maintenance company who are responsible for the repairs and maintenance of social housing properties, are looking for Multi Trader to join their team working in Lincoln and the surrounding area for planned and responsive works. You will be working in the Repairs & Voids Team completing maintenance work as required by tenants, including carrying out essential reactive maintenance, installation and repair works on domestic properties, and any other duties including multi skilling works associated with your core trade. Qualifications & Skills of a Multi Trader:

• Proven ability to produce work consistently to a high standards
• Ability to complete relevant certification for Plumbing works self-motivated able to work on your own initiative
• Willingness or experience in using a handheld Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to complete work and maintain van stocks.
• Holder of a full current driving licence

This is a fantastic opportunity for a general building operative - construction labourer to join the company supporting a high-profile project in Bedford, MK40 4UL.
Duties
As an experienced general building operative - construction labourer you will be working on site at a food manufacturing facility, assisting with the construction of a new extension to the canning line. Specific duties will include working with the tiling company to lay wall and floor tiles to the new production area. Typically moving tiles from the storage area to where they will be installed, mixing adhesive, preparing grout and keeping the work area clean and free from packaging. Other duties will include assisting the tilers as necessary and general labouring tasks including removing rubbish to skips.
About You
Based ideally in Bedford you will need to live within a commutable distance of MK40 4UL as no travel or accommodation costs will be covered.
Experience of working within a physically demanding construction environment and a sound construction background is essential for this work.
Due to the time critical programme of works you must be able to work on Saturday.
CSCS or an equivalent Construction Health and Safety qualification is preferred.

As a Head Housekeeper at Caddington Grove, you’ll help to create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to delivering quality care and support. Leading a team of housekeeping staff, you’ll ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards.
The Head Housekeeping role demands excellent attention to detail, but we’ll also rely on you to motivate everyone in your team to be at their best. Put simply, you’ll help to make your care home a shining example of a high-quality care environment.
The ideal applicant will have/be:

- English and Maths GCSE’s or equivalent
- Previous domestic experience
- Flexible and reliable attitude
- Committed to customer care and first-class service provision
- Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
- Adaptable, friend, polite courteous and caring
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety COSHH regulations - Desirable
- Experience in a care home environment - Desirable
