• Able to provide a courteous and professional service at all times to guests and associates alike.
• Experience in handling dry cleaning garments.
• Able to perform shift duties.
• Prior experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage.

• Ideally with GCE 'O' Level.
• Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
