• Supervises all sales activities of Sales Managers, Assistant Sales Managers, and Sales Executives to ensure they achieve the goals of the Hotel marketing plan.
• Secures new and repeat business for the hotel by monitoring interactions with airlines, travel agencies, commercial enterprises, private clubs, and professional associations in local, domestic, and international markets. Maintains contact with planners, corporate accounts, incentive buyers, airlines, and wholesalers through personal sales calls, telephone contacts, and written communications.
• Evaluate current and potential markets/trends, coordinating all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and higher rates.
• Generates and promotes leads for other departments within the Hotel.
• Reports to both the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales on new potential market areas that need coverage.
• Conducting probation and formal performance appraisals in line with company guidelines.
• Maintaining up-to-date staff records and approving leave requests, etc.
• Coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.

Job Requirement:
Experienced in the cleaning services industry
Posses good communication and leadership
Prior experience in condo or industrial facility cleaning will be an added advantage

Wipe down and sanitize all food preparation surfaces, including countertops and cutting boards.

- Empty and clean walk-in refrigerators and freezers, removing any expired or spoiled items.

- Empty and clean all dry storage areas, discarding expired or unused items.

- Clean and sanitize the dishwasher, removing any debris and buildup.

- Build a cleaning team and make sure 100% follow the daily checklist.

- Deep clean the oven and remove any built-up grease or residue.

- Schedule a professional deep cleaning of the entire kitchen area.

Job Responsibilities

• Account Planning & Management
• Service existing accounts and prospect for new customers via cold calls, face-to-face meetings, conferences, marketing and business networking events
• Understand & identify customers’ needs through in-depth account planning and profiling on customers’ requirements
• Work closely with business channel partners, distributors and technical team to deliver technical solutions
• Ensure orders are properly delivered, received and invoiced
• Timely follow-up on customers’ requests and sales deliveries
• Provide regular updates on sales opportunities, pipeline, activities and feedback to the Management
• Achieve and exceed sales revenue and GP target
• Ensure all outstanding payments from clients are collected on time

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma with at least 1 year of corporate sales experience in ICT solutions or its related fields
• Sales-driven and self-motivated
• Outgoing & pleasant personality
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, multi-task and meet project timelines

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. Class 3 Driver to drive 14 ft lorry with valid Singapore Driving License.
2. Know Singapore route very well.
3. To ferry Foreign Worker to different job site.
4. Can help to do some general works and help to buy building materials upon request.
5. Preferably with similar experience for at least 3-5 years in Singapore as driver ferrying workers to jobsite.
