Cleaner (with DBS) needed in Luton

Daniel Owen are looking for a DBS checked cleaner who can work on a part time role based in Luton, Bedfordshire.

The working hours are from 7AM - 11AM Monday - Friday and will be located inside a large office block in the centre of the city.

A valid DBS check is a must for this role.

Previous cleaning experience for this role will be beneficial, however all levels of experience will be considered.

Carpenter Multi - Trade

One of our key clients is a well-established maintenance company looking for a Carpenter Multi to join their growing reactive repairs department covering the Porstmouth area. Working within a dedicated team, providing a comprehensive, efficient, and responsive property maintenance service.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a sector leading, resident focused, and efficient repairs and maintenance service developed in association with our residents.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance in accordance with current Building Regulations, Health and Safety Legislation and Association timescales.
• Carry out all works in accordance with policy, procedure, guidelines, and building.
• Ensure that all issued stock and materials used are done so in a cost effective, value for money way without compromising work standards.

What you'll need:

• A proven track record of working within a Direct Labour Service, where customer satisfaction is at the heart of service delivery - two years' experience is essential.
• Possess relevant trade qualifications and / or proven experience in relation to building, maintenance or a similar, transferable, technical background.
• A recognised trade qualifications include City and Guilds and NVQ level's 2 and 3.
