This role will require out of hours cover to be provided (on rotation) paid in accordance with policy at the time.

Responsibilities:

• Internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing, repairs to doors, lock refits and repairs.
• External door fittings, splice repairs, locksmith repairs, bathroom sub floors, bath panels and framework, kitchen repairs/refits and other general maintenance repairs.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
