- You will resolve complaints from employees.
- You will evaluate performance of subordinates and ensure timely performance of subordinates of a satisfactory quality of work.
- You will be responsible for enforcement of all technical and administrative provisions related to the management of assigned construction contracts.
- You will manage programs and projects in the product line in a timely manner and accomplish objectives within resource constraints.
- You will chair or serve as part of the Technical Evaluation Team (TET) supporting the acquisition process.
- You will serve as a point of contact for coordination of all assigned construction projects at DoD activities, under the cognizance of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
