• You will manage the execution of electrical/electronic engineering technical work and projects on WHE for all activities and tenants served by NAVFAC MIDLANT.
• You will assist the Chief Crane Engineer in the electrical analysis and design elements for WHE, such as repairs, modifications, and maintenance.
• You will make site visits to determine the extent and nature of problems associated with WHE.
• You will develop electrical component failure analysis; and prepare requisite scopes, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for projects and provide them to leadership.

• You will recommend work assignments, maintains control over work progress to ensure timely accomplishment.
• You will provide resolutions for the Public Works Department/Facilities Engineering and Acquisition Division (PWD/FEAD) or Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) personnel for conventional and highly complex electrical problems.
• You will coordinate with designers and field personnel in PWD/FEAD or ROICC in a timely manner to identify and define electrical design problems, and investigate and analyze pertinent issues (including A-E liability/responsibility).

• You will perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties including organization, training, planning, and operations of personnel within the Requirements Branch.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer working a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern for a global manufacturer on the outskirts of Attleborough.
Your new role
You will be joining an experienced engineering team assisting in production efficiency and reducing engineering downtime. You will be involved in setting up and changing over equipment for production runs, completing daily engineering work reports and recording any work on the CMMS. You will support the site operations and technical teams to increase efficiency, responding immediately to any breakdowns, accurately recording any engineering downtime and root cause analysis detail and working on findings to prevent repeat issues. Experience of conveyors, weighing machines, shrink wrappers are desirable.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing environment and hold relevant electrical and mechanical qualifications, have a good understanding of health & safety, continuous improvement techniques and strong IT skills.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for a large production facility near Norwich. You will support the site services and facilities of this busy manufacturing plant.
Your new role
You will lead the site maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure. You will be responsible for workflows, service calls, annual PPM and planned outages. You will be responsible for planning the maintenance schedule and ensuring timely completion of works carried out, delegating any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift, including small projects, and managing effective works.
You will ensure all buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose, ensuring machine availability whilst liaising with shift management, you will ensure routine calibration and maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken. Leading a team of experienced engineers and managing contractors to ensure engineering KPIs are met and the site operates safely and efficiently.


What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced Engineer with strong mechanical and good electrical knowledge, you will have a strong understanding of health & safety, COSHH, PUWER, LOLER, with a history of managing multi-skilled maintenance teams, devising a maintenance schedule with planning for shutdowns and outages.

Due to an internal promotion, the business is looking to recruit an additional electrical engineer for a day-based maintenance role, working Monday to Thursday and Friday until 1pm.
