We have an excellent opportunity for a Digital Print Technician to join the College providing a digital print and copy service to customers whilst liaising with suppliers and contractors to maintain equipment and procure specialist services.

You should have experience and knowledge of a range of skills related to digital print including commercial sheet fed digital printing press and a range of finishing options.

You will also be competent in the use of print management software and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office and Adobe products for print setup and edits.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for a large production facility near Norwich. You will support the site services and facilities of this busy manufacturing plant.
Your new role
You will lead the site maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure. You will be responsible for workflows, service calls, annual PPM and planned outages. You will be responsible for planning the maintenance schedule and ensuring timely completion of works carried out, delegating any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift, including small projects, and managing effective works.
You will ensure all buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose, ensuring machine availability whilst liaising with shift management, you will ensure routine calibration and maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken. Leading a team of experienced engineers and managing contractors to ensure engineering KPIs are met and the site operates safely and efficiently.

As an experienced Engineer with strong mechanical and good electrical knowledge, you will have a strong understanding of health & safety, COSHH, PUWER, LOLER, with a history of managing multi-skilled maintenance teams, devising a maintenance schedule with planning for shutdowns and outages.

Main Responsibilities

The role of Materials Testing Technician will report directly to the Technical Manager working on the testing of Readymix and developing products. The role is both site and Laboratory based as you will be required go out on to the sites to obtain samples which is an essential aspect of the job.

• Sampling & Testing – To carry out sampling and testing in line with contract requirements utilising in-house company Schedule and external 3rd party accredited test houses where required
• Advise Technical Manager and Operational staff when quality standards are being compromised and take appropriate action to rectify quality issues

Job Specification for this Vehicle Programming Technician:

As a Remote Diagnostic Lead, your job will be to work with a team of Mobile Diagnostic and Programming Technicians to work remotely at their office in Norwich to calibrate vehicles remotely from a PC. There is the ability to also work mobile, with occasions of being out on the road working with businesses in their workshops. Within the first month, you will be given specialist ADAS training, alongside EV level 3 or 4, to allow you to become a specialist in the field.

Requirements for this Vehicle Programming Technician role:

- You will need to be a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have a long and stable background as a Car Technician / Mechanic. It is essential that you have current brand / dealer training and have extensive knowledge working on Diagnostics.
- You will need to hold a UK driving licence with minimal points.
- For your hard work Our Client is offering a Basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum!! (negotiable pending experience)
- Experience of using ADAS equipment is not necessary as full training will be given to ensure you are fully qualified before working on your own.

Clinical: Undertaking patient facing and patient supporting roles to ensure effective medicines use, through shared decision-making conversations with patients. Carrying out medicines optimisation tasks including effective medicine administration e.g. checking inhaler technique, supporting medication reviews and medicines reconciliation. Where required, utilise consultation skills to work in partnership with patients to ensure they use their medicines effectively. As determined by the PCN practices, supporting medication reviews and medicines reconciliation for new care home patients and synchronising medicines for patient transfers between care settings, linking with local community pharmacists, and referring to the pharmacist for structured medication reviews. Providing specialist expertise, where competent, to address both the public health and social care needs of patients, including lifestyle advice, service information, and help in tackling local health inequalities. Taking a central role in the clinical aspects of shared care protocols and liaising with specialist pharmacists for more complex patients. Supporting initiatives for antimicrobial stewardship to reduce inappropriate antibiotic prescribing. Support the Clinical Pharmacist in SMRs i.e. organise necessary monitoring test prior to SMR. Manage shared care protocols and liaise with Clinical Pharmacists for more complex patients. Technical and Administrative: Working with the GP practice multi-disciplinary team to ensure efficient medicines optimisation, including implementing efficient ordering and return processes and reducing wastage. Providing training and support on the legal, safe and secure handling of medicines, including the implementation of the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) and electronic Repeat Dispensing - eRD. Developing relationships with other pharmacy technicians, pharmacists and members of the multi-disciplinary team to support integration of the pharmacy team across health and social care including primary care, community pharmacy, secondary care and mental health. Supervising practice reception teams in sorting and streaming general prescription requests, so as to allow GPs and clinical pharmacists to review the more clinically complex requests. The role will also require pharmacy technicians to support the implementation of national prescribing policies and guidance within GP practices, care homes and other primary care settings. This will be achieved through undertaking clinical audits e.g. use of antibiotics, supporting quality improvement measures and contributing to the Quality and Outcomes Framework and enhanced services. In addition, pharmacy technicians will assist in the delivery of medicines optimisation incentive schemes e.g. medicines switches and patient safety audits.
