We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to support our Cellular Pathology Department with specialized IT and administrative functions. This role involves managing system administration, ensuring data quality, providing user support, and assisting with data reporting. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimizing IT systems essential for accurate data management and decision-making in Cellular Pathology.
• System Administration:Manage and troubleshoot key pathology systems such as Roche Vantage, SECTRA PACS, and iLab APEX, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Data Quality Assurance:Conduct data audits, resolve discrepancies, and maintain high standards for data accuracy across platforms.
• User Support and Training:Provide IT assistance, system training, and documentation to pathology and administrative staff.
• Reporting and Analysis:Utilize CorVu for data extraction, generate routine and ad hoc reports, and support data requests for internal and external stakeholders.
• Compliance:Adhere to Trust policies on Information Governance, Data Protection, and confidentiality, assisting in protocol improvements for compliance.
