The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of mechanical or electrical installations and equipment. Provides general assistance in the maintenance of the company’s plant, machinery, building and associated facilities. Carries out routine inspection and servicing of the company’s mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, refrigeration plants and air-conditioning units, plumbing and sanitary systems, machinery and equipment. Attends to complaints from users and carries out minor repairs. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all monitoring system of the building management faciities are in good operating condition (error free) and feedback on all alarms and errors generated form BMS.
• Perform scheduling of facilities and building management services to facilitate events and arising requirement.

• Responds to BMS alerts, investigate and feedback on any outstanding issues or events and respond to emergency situations and be on standby duty as required.
• Provide technical support to all aspects M&E operations including the operation, maintenance and repair of all mission critical equipment and systems supporting a 24x7 activities to achieve 100% uptime and 100% compliance with all customer SLAs.
• Assist in all site construction activities and installations, in coordination with external contractors to ensure system design, installation and testing adhere to operational standards.
