Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Dept.  to conduct the necessary plan to minimize the downtime for any  electrical and instrumentation facilities for Plant and building through:
• plan and develop good preventive and predictive maintenance program in order to reduce the number of unscheduled breakdown.
•  to carry out preventive and predictive maintenance, repair and maintenance work relating to electrical and instrument (e.g chillers and compressor system)
• work together with Head of Dept.  for any corrective maintenance works 
• Coordinate manpower supply by subcontractor during any scheduled or unscheduled breakdown.
• Continuously review the critical spare part list for Electrical and Instrumentation item and frequently updated it whenever its necessary.
• Report, monitor and analyze equipment performance and reliability in order to ensure production targets are met at all times and minimize plant down time 
• To ensure all the critical spare list quantity always enough thus to minimize the downtime during breakdown.
• Ensure Standby Generator Set is in good working conditions at all time.
• Perform minor repair and maintenance work for the factory building
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure that personnel is familiar with the standard and policies 

Any other duties as given by the company management

Duties & Responsibilities

• To follow instruction and co-operate with the superior.
• To check and ensure the right type and correct quality of raw materials are used for resin manufacturing.
• To carry-out in-process checking and testing in accordance with the standard test methods.
• To assist in charging of raw materials, cleaning of equipment and any maintenance work.
• To complete the process logsheet - the process time, parameter, the date, shift, checklist and yield accordingly as stipulated in the logsheet and work instruction.
• To pack and pump the finished goods in accordance to the instruction given by Supervisor or stated in the logsheet.
• To ensure good housekeeping.
• Any other duties as assigned by Shift Supervisor.
• To maintain a safe working environment with awareness and knowledge of site EHS standards and ensure compliance with local, state and federal EHS regulations.
• To perform any other ad-hoc task as and when required by the Shift Supervisor.

• You will prepare, lift, and move missiles and test assets for scheduled flight and ground events.
• You will handle and transport weapons on station using trucks, fork trucks, and cranes as required.
• You will assist with planning, coordination, and monitoring of in-house test and evaluation projects for Technical Project Offices (TPOs) at China Lake.
• You will assist engineers and contractors in the testing and integration of developmental software or missile components in accordance with publication manuals or approved SOPs.
• You will interact with test squadrons, TPOs, contractors, as well as on station and off station organizations in the movement, handling, and testing of flight weapons and weapon test vehicles.
• You will assist in the management of ordnance inventory for all explosive items in support of the TPO program to which you are assigned.

• You will be responsible for project management oversight of facilities projects supporting Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM), 233 initiative, and earthquake recovery work.
• You will be responsible for oversight of construction processes from project induction through construction completion, for a variety of complex projects and for conventional facilities and installations.
• You will coordinate necessary permits for construction (dig permits, utility locates, etc.) as well as necessary certifications for elevators, fire protection, and cranes.

• You will coordinate, plan, track, and assist in the execution of lab, ground, and flight tests on all AIM-120 integration platforms including F/A-18, EA-18G, AV-8B, and the F-35.
• You will assist in the development of technically sound flight test reports, testable scenarios, profiles, and procedures in order to use the data to produce flight test cards.
• You will develop and maintain test schedules for a flight test program, and assist in training junior technician personnel.
• You will capture, process, and provide a basic analysis of AMRAAM flight test data using the available Portable Telemetry Unit (PTU) tool set.

• You will read drawings or circuit diagrams to locate defects in utility systems.
• You will install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and manually operated components and equipment associated with the operation of utility systems.
• You will maintain daily logs to track utility systems testing results.
• You will operate computer programs (e.g., System Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) to monitor the runtime, total current, and total voltage of wells, and equalizer tanks.
• You will collect daily samples for analysis to facilitate an organization's ability to obtain annual recertifications.
• You will perform emergency procedures to resolve trouble or malfunctions as indicated by meters.
• You will inspect control gauges, valves, timers, or switches to verify the operation of components.
• You will read and interpret meters, gauges, and recording instruments used in water treatment, waste water recycling, and boiler systems to respond to emergency calls.
