Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine line inspections and document checks in production bays.
• Verify quality methods, including metal detection tests, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform product quality checks to guarantee acceptable standards.
• Facilitate engagement quality sessions with operators to enhance understanding of quality standards and procedures.
• Provide valuable feedback during Quality and Operations Meetings to drive continuous improvement.
• Collect product samples in accordance with retention and lab requirements.
• Serve as the first point of contact during quality incidents, actively participating in investigations and assisting in raising quality non-conformity/defect reports.
• Coach operators on adherence to quality processes and standards.
