Salary: £28,600 per annum (Hourly Paid)




Hours: 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays 7am – 12pm depending on business needs (paid as extra hours)

To support our Bodyshop's in the North region, we are looking for someone who has brilliant customer service skills, excellent
computer literacy and a full UK driving licence.




We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want

The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

* Collecting and delivering vehicles & observing all highway laws including speed restrictions
* Inspecting vehicles and assessing damage; taking clear photos throughout
* Cleaning vehicles inside and out
* Collecting and delivering customer vehicles across the North region
* This role will be based out of our Trafford Park site with travel to other sites in the North region - a pool vehicle will be
available for this




What are we looking for?

* A full UK Driving Licence
* At least 1 year driving experience
* Excellent computer literacy
* Brilliant customer service skills

We are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician Apprentice who is a hardworking, organised individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Your main roles and responsibilities will include:

- Managing all incidents and IT support requests from receipt to resolution & closure

- Helping resolve IT/technical incidents for a range of devices (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers/scanners and interactive boards, etc.)

- Keeping accurate records of all site information using IT service management tools

- Providing excellence customer service to end users, such as staff & students

- Ensuring service level agreements are met

- Promptly completing any admin paperwork/documentation.

Throughout the duration of the apprenticeship, you will receive training and accreditation through blended learning. This combines online technical training within a virtual classroom, as well as real-world and practical experience with your employer. Catfoss Recruitment Ltd are currently in partnership with an award-winning specialist manufacturing company based in Oxfordshire and they are looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical Bias on a permanent basis to their expanding team.

Mon - Fri Days + Overtime & Bens - flexible start times 7am/8am/9am

As a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the routine and preventative maintenance onsite.

Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Roles and Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
• Ensure all automation within the business operates efficiently and effectively by carrying out regular inspections and diagnosing faults
• Overcome unplanned problems and where possible carry out repairs
• Work with other maintenance engineers to design and implement a preventative maintenance plan
• Work with specialist equipment, such as programable logic controllers (PLC)
• Facilitate installations of new machinery, automation projects and partake in site improvement projects
• Carry out all work in line with company Health and safety guidelines
• Ensure that your working area is kept in a safe and tidy

Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Mandatory Responsibilities

All employees have the following responsibilities:

• Working in accordance to the company health and safety policy to take reasonable care for their own and colleagues health and safety.
• Adhere to the Company's H&S requirements (i.e. risk assessments, work instructions and through training).
• Work in accordance with information and training provided, and not undertake any task for which authorisation and / or training has not been given.
