RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out routine, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of instrument, analyser and electrical equipment, e.g. control valve, transmitters, switchgear control, motors, GC, boiling point, freeze point and flash point analyser, etc.

Diploma or NITEC in a relevant Engineering discipline

• At least 3 years relevant experience in an oil refinery/petrochemical plant, preferably with EMA license
• Candidates without relevant experience may be considered for entry-level positions

• The incumbent is responsible for referral tracking for both MTF appointed specialty care and specialty care deferred to the civilian sector.
• The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the NHCNE Referral Management Database at optimal levels to ensure accurate report generation.
• The incumbent obtains the initial specialty care appointment date, civilian provider demographic information to include name, address, and phone number, and the date MTF and civilian results are received.
• The incumbent is responsible for retrieval of both MTF and civilian generated specialty care reports and ensuring MTF referring provider reviews and signs specialty care reports prior to medical record entry.
• This action directly contributes to the Command meeting its Joint Commission Accreditation Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) requirement of 100% retrieval of results.

Job Description:

· Support the Shift Leader in pre-commissioning, commissioning, greenfield start-up planning, punch listing, site walk and equipment inspection.

· Support the Shift Leader in handling start-up, shutdown, daily operation and plant turnaround activities.

· Perform routine production activities such as sample collections, in-process quality testing, plant patrols & data logging, chemical preparations, and loading & unloading of chemicals.

· Perform troubleshooting to resolve operational issues and provide support to technical and maintenance teams.

Requirements:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Perform receipt of incoming raw and packaging materials.
• Maintain and update documents related to Delivery- Acknowledge, Goods Receipt Note along with supporting documents.
• Ensure that materials are kept as per the storage conditions.
